个人简介
牛欢青,博士,副教授,硕士研究生导师,国家生化中心应汉杰院士团队。2014至今在南京工业大学生物与制药工程学院/国家生化中心从事教学科研工作。目前主要从事生物催化、酶工程、代谢工程等方向的研究,包括酶的挖掘与改造及其在生物催化过程中的应用、微生物合成途径优化设计与发酵优化等。迄今为止已主持国家自然科学青年基金、江苏省先进生物制造协同创新中心自主研究课题基金、企业横向等项目。
