教师信息

个人简介

章文明,1988年9月生,教授,博士生导师,江苏省中德废弃碳资源生物炼制国际联合实验室副主任。2015年获南京师范大学博士学位,随后进入南京工业大学从事教学科研工作,开展一碳原料的高效生物转化、功能酵母细胞工厂的构建与调控等研究。担任3 Biotech副主编,Front Bioeng Biotech客座副主编和编委,Green Carbon、BioDesign Research青年编委,《生物学杂志》编委;中国生物工程学会一碳生物技术专委会委员、中国化工学会生物化工青年委员会委员、中国生物工程学会青年工作委员会委员、江苏省生物资源研究会监事等。

主持国家自然科学基金(3项)、国家重点研发计划子课题等纵向项目10余项,主持企业合作项目6项。以第一或通讯作者在国际知名期刊Sci Adv、Nat Commun、Met Eng、Trends Biotechnol等发表SCI论文60余篇;以第一发明人申请发明专利26件,已授权10件。主持课程思政示范项目、教育教学改革课题等4项,发表教改论文4篇;参编“十四五”普通高等教育本科系列教材及中英文学术专著8部。指导学生获iGEM(国际基因工程机器大赛)金奖、全国大学生生命科学竞赛一等奖等奖励10余项。
